Where does the driver meet me at the airport/train station?
Our professional driver will be waiting for you at the customs exit after baggage claim with a sign with your name on it. However, please note that driver access may vary from airport to airport.
When will I receive the driver's contact details?
You will receive the driver’s contact details, including phone number and vehicle registration plate, 24 hours before pickup.
Does the driver speak English?
Yes, our drivers generally speak English.
